Connecting Bridges, LLC is an approved North Carolina DWI provider offering DWI assessments and required education or treatment services for individuals referred following a DWI offense.
DWI assessments are completed by appointment only. Please call before coming to the office. During the assessment, we review information related to the DWI offense, alcohol and other substance use history, prior offenses when applicable, current circumstances, and other information needed to determine the appropriate recommendation.
When DWI education or treatment is recommended, services are provided in person at our Jamestown office. Saturday sessions are held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The amount and type of education or treatment required are not the same for every person. Recommendations are based on the assessment and applicable North Carolina DWI requirements. Connecting Bridges will explain the recommended program, required hours, and next steps after the assessment.
Our DWI sessions go beyond simply completing required hours. Participants receive education about alcohol and other drugs, impaired driving, decision-making, triggers, substance-use patterns, coping skills, relapse prevention, accountability, and strategies for reducing the risk of another impaired-driving incident.

If you are unable to obtain your MVR before your appointment, Connecting Bridges can assist you with obtaining it at our Jamestown office for a $16 fee.
Having these documents available helps us complete your assessment accurately and avoid unnecessary delays. If additional documentation is required, we will explain what is needed during the scheduling process.
