Yes. Substance use disorder treatment records are protected under both HIPAA and the stricter federal 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality rules — your information is not shared without your written consent, with narrow legal exceptions.
Treatment is structured and educational. SACOT groups meet Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and SAIOP groups meet from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Sessions combine psychoeducation, CBT-based strategies, coping-skills development, relapse prevention, group discussion, and practical life-skills work, at a pace that meets you where you are.
Yes, via Zoom — for some individual sessions. Group sessions and classes (SACOT, SAIOP) are in-person only.
