Community-based, judgment-free support for people managing substance use β and for the people who love them.
Connecting Bridges provides therapeutic, community-based services to help consumers manage substance use, improve independence, and build educational, social, and vocational skills. Treatment is built around the person, not a fixed program β individual, group, and family support are matched to where someone actually is in recovery.
At Connecting Bridges, LLC, our primary focus is providing comprehensive treatment for individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs. Through our Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) Program, we provide the structure, clinical support, education, and practical skills individuals need to work toward lasting recovery while remaining connected to their everyday lives.
Treatment plans built around your situation, not a standardized track.
Protected under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 federal confidentiality rules.
Rooted in Greensboro & the Piedmont Triad, not a national franchise.

Substance use does not occur in isolation. Mental health, trauma, relationships, housing, employment, physical health, legal concerns, family responsibilities, and environmental stressors can all affect recovery.
Our approach looks beyond the substance itself. We work with clients to identify the underlying patterns and circumstances that may contribute to continued substance use and develop healthier ways of managing those challenges.
We believe clients benefit from understanding what is happening, why it is happening, and what they can do differently.
SACOT sessions incorporate psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies, relapse-prevention interventions, coping-skills development, structured activities, group discussion, and practical life-skills education.
Clients learn to:
Recovery has to work in real life. That is why treatment also considers the practical barriers that can make maintaining recovery difficult.
When appropriate, we help clients connect with medical and mental health providers, medication services, housing and community resources, employment resources, peer support, and other services that can strengthen stability and support continued recovery.
Our role is not to judge clients for where they have been. We provide a structured environment where individuals are expected to participate, examine their choices, develop insight, practice new skills, and take an active role in their recovery.
Progress may look different for each person. We work with clients to identify achievable goals, recognize progress, address barriers, and continue building the skills necessary for greater stability.
Connecting Bridges was built around the belief that treatment should help people do more than stop using substances. We want clients to develop the tools to manage their mental health, maintain recovery, improve relationships, increase independence, and create greater stability in their lives.
Treatment provides the foundation. Education builds understanding. Support strengthens recovery. And together, we help clients build the bridge from where they are to where they want to be.
