Connecting Bridges, LLC is contracted with all four North Carolina LME/MCOs. However, we understand that insurance coverage, eligibility, and individual circumstances may vary.
If an assessment determines that Connecting Bridges is not the appropriate provider or that an individual does not meet the clinical criteria for the requested level of care, we will help identify an appropriate referral whenever possible. Our goal is to make sure individuals are connected with the level of care and services that best meet their needs, even when those services are not provided by Connecting Bridges.
